 2nd Annual AGFRAC Consortium Meeting

The meeting was held in College Station, Texas, May 14, 2024. It was also streaming the technical presentations via ZOOM . 

We hosted our 2nd annual AGFRAC consortium meeting at Texas A&M University on May 14th. The event had 9 presentations and 9 posters focused on distributed fiber optic strain sensing for hydraulic fracturing and production in unconventional reservoirs and Enhanced Geothermal Systems.   

All member companies received presentations, videos, posters, Python scripts, and papers to support implementation. We look forward to achieving even more together with our member companies.

 1st Annual AGFRAC Consortium Meeting

The meeting was held in College Station, Texas, May 17, 2023. It was also streaming the technical presentations via ZOOM . 

It was a fantastic event focused on subsurface monitoring using distributed fiber optic strain sensing and hydraulic fracturing. We had 12 engaging talks and 55 participants. The meeting fostered an insightful discussion on cutting-edge technologies and industry trends. We are grateful to all the attendees and member companies for their invaluable contributions to the success of this event. Together, we are pushing the boundaries of subsurface monitoring and hydraulic fracturing.
